1. A contract between you and BELIONEL will not exist until we have dispatched the goods ordered to you. You will have submitted a binding offer to us to conclude the contract with you by transmitting an order to us entered on our website. We will carry out the order once you have entered all the data requested during the ordering process and finally confirmed the order.
2. BELIONEL is entitled to reject your order without providing any reason.

SHIPPING

Within the UAE: 2-3 days from date of dispatch.

International: 5-10 working days from date of dispatch.

We work to ensure that all orders are dispatched in a timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery periods mentioned above. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be dispatched. 

For international shipping, all prices and shipping rates mentioned on our website are not inclusive of any customs or import duties and may be subject to taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import fees”). The recipient of the delivery is the Importer of Record in the destination country and is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

We recommend that you et in touch with your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

RIGHT TO RETURN THE GOODS

To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZING CHART in detail prior to making a purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your order , you can return your unused items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 1 week of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount minus the shipping. This period will begin on the day after you receive the goods. Only goods not suitable for packaging (e.g. awkwardly-shaped goods) may also be returned by a written demand, by e-mail, to take the merchandise back. Upon return delivery of the goods, they will be inspected by us.

Conditions for return acceptance include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
• Merchandise on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged/refunded.
• Merchandise with custom sizes/dimensions requested by customer are not eligible for returns/refunds.

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. It is advisable to send returned items by known courier companies like FedEX, DHL, UPS and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Should the returned goods be deemed damaged, ruined, extensively used, or not in the condition in which they were originally delivered to you, then, BELIONEL reserves the right to refuse acceptance of return and the merchandise will be returned to you with added delivery charges, where applicable.

Items purchased during promotion or sales are not eligible for returns, exchanges or alterations.

All customers  can email us at customercare@belionel.com with their Order ID & reason for return. Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the items. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 days. Refunds of transaction amounts against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.  You may also choose to have the funds available as credit in your Belionel account for future purchases. Please note that credit notes shall remain valid for a period of 18 months from the date of initial purchase.
